Each hoodie is made to order, just for you — so please choose carefully and check the size guide before purchasing.
That said, if something’s not right (sizing, quality, or an order mix-up) email us at support@secondhandkids.co within 14 days of delivery and we’ll help arrange an exchange or replacement.

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia.
All orders are sent from Auckland once production is complete.

Shipping rates are as follows:
New Zealand
North Island - $11.00
North Island (Rural) - $17.00


South Island - $13.00
South Island (Rural) - $19.00


International
Australia - $25.00 AUD

Every hoodie is made to order.
Pre-orders for Chapter One close midnight Sunday 9 November (PST). Production takes 3–4 weeks, and shipping will begin shortly after.



Your hoodie should arrive in early December — just in time for Christmas.

Once your hoodie ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your hoodie’s journey from there as it makes its way home.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
 If it doesn’t appear in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder — or contact us at support@secondhandkids.co.

Because each hoodie is made to order, we can only make changes within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and we can’t guarantee updates — but we’ll do our best if you email us quick

Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

  • NZ: 2–4 business days
  • Australia: 5–10 business days (depending on location)

Tracking updates will be sent once your order is on its way.

We securely store your information to make future orders smoother and to stay in touch if you’ve opted into updates. You can ask us to delete or update your details anytime — just email us.
